She was predeceased by: her husband Henry S. Augustyniak; her parents, Michael Lysaght and Mary Lysaght (McCormick); and her siblings, John, Michael, Frank Lysaght, Marie Reinhold and Helen Taczak.
She is survived by: her children, David Augustyniak (Kristine) and Darlene Baker (Louis); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Kulesza (Daniel), Lauren Augustyniak, Isabella, Katrine Baker and Chloe Evans (Calen); and her great grandchildren, Caden, Kaiya and Comptyn Evans. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Otto Redanz Funeral Home (2215 Military Rd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304). A prayer was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 9:45 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Peter Church (620 Center St, Lewiston, NY 14092).
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Catholic Charities and or the Alzheimer's Association.
