He is survived by: his caregiver Georgia; his children, Jessica Martinez (Gilbert), Maria Martinez (Gus) and Johnny Gutierrez (Erica); his grandchildren, Joselyn, Augustine, Teya, Sarah and Christian Martinez; his great grandchild Bradley Gutierrez; his brothers, Freddy and Frank Gutierrez; and his sisters-in-law, Celine Gonzales, Socorro Aragon and Olivia Bacon (John).
