It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Rice Wilmeth of Silver City, New Mexico, who passed away on August 6, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Rice and Leona Rice; her husband Pete Wilmeth; her children, Susan, Steve, Paul and Mary Kristen; her brothers, Steve (Katherine) and Paul (Jody); and her grandchildren, Sean, Kristen, Amy, Stephanie, Lindsay, Josh and Jen. She was also cherished by her children as Mom and her grandchildren.
In this time of COVID restrictions, a private graveside service and internment will be held graveside at the Mesa Cemetery at Gila, New Mexico, August 15 at 10:30 AM.
