He was predeceased by: his grandmother Julia Muñoz; and his aunt Elizabeth Bovio. He is survived by: his father Sergio Arturo Alday; his friend Nicky Duran; his siblings, Sabastian Alday, Sofia Alday (Levi Grijalva) and Abigail Alday; his grandparents, Arturo, Guadalupe Alday, Lorenzo and Elizabeth Munoz; and his aunts, Astrid Alday and Bala Salgado (James).
