She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Barnum and Ernestine Barnum; and her brother Charles "Gary" Barnum. She is survived by: her husband David L. Watkins; her daughters, Debbie McClain (Kenny) and Tanya Johnson (Francis); her granddaughter Tricia Katebini; and her great grandchild Rylee Katebini.
