He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Michael McQuaide and Karen McQuaide (Dan); his stepchildren, Andrew Haines (Kristina) and Stefanie Haines (Dave); his grandchildren, Evan Bell, Aaron Bell, Sam Haines and Alexandra Haines; his children, Namsoo Lee (Johanna) and Miyoung Lee (David); his nephews, Kurt and Karl Strohmeyer; and his brother-in-law Bob Strohmeyer.
