He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. LeRoy and Mary Ellis LeRoy. He is survived by: his wife Catherine LeRoy; his children, Kraig LeRoy of Scottsdale, AZ, Kimberly Crutcher of Scottsdale, AZ, Kelly LeRoy Hart (Paul) of Tucson, AZ and Debbie Wollam (Paul) of St. Johns, AZ; and his sisters, Judy Humbert of St Petersburg, FL and Trudy Jodway (Mike) of Perry, MI.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.

“Dear Aunt Cathy, Kim, Kelly and Kraig, With deepest care and concern, please accept our prayers and love at the loss of Uncle Jack. My fondest memory of you and Uncle Jack, as an 8 year old girl, is when you both gifted me a King Babar the Elephant book for Christmas. It was my favorite book. My two daughters enjoyed it when they were little girls. And now, it is being read to my grandson Levi. May Jesus place his hand of peace and love upon your hearts.
