She was predeceased by: her former spouse Pat Houlihan; her husband Tom Johnson; her siblings, Edward (Buck), Dick, Joe Reilly (Doc) and El Wolff; and her daughter-in-law Carmen Romero Houlihan.
She is survived by: her sisters, Beth Richards, Theresa Lucas, Celia Kubicek and Jane Hoff (Joe); her children, Dave, Dan (Roseann), Annette Boggs (Fred), Linda Cheshire (Dean), Don (Nancy), Dale (Doris) and Dennis; and her grandsons, Patrick Houlihan, Bryan Boggs, Cory Cheshire, Sean Houlihan, Jason Houlihan and Terrell Houlihan. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
