He is survived by: his close friends, Bill Rupert, Tom Pfeiffer, Tony Hines, Al Litchfield and Neil Emeril; his wife Kathee Oldham; his stepsons, Mark and Travis; his children, Pamela Moore (Jeff Ellis) of Albuquerque and Michael Oldham (Kris Oldham) of Kansas; and his cousin Laurie Sears of Alaska. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
