She was predeceased by: her husband Juan Acosta; her children, Oscar Acosta and Yolanda Acosta; her granddaughter Kimberly Aragon Nunez; and her great grandchild Danisten Nunez.
She is survived by: her children, Caroline Acosta-Flores (Manuel) and Juan Acosta, Jr. (Ernestina). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and 20 great-great-grandchildren.
