James Edward Sumruld Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2019, at the age of 81, James Edward Sumruld (Lovington, New Mexico) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouses, Mary Jean Sherman and Jean Sumruld; his children, John Newsom (Renee) of Katy, TX, Rodney of Evens, CO and Melonie Ankerholz (Rick) of Hobbs; his brothers, Tommy (Liz) of Albuquerque, Carl (Diane) of Hendersonville, TN. and Ernest of Euless, TX.; and his great grandchildren, Sage and Stella of Katy, TX..

In lieu of flowers the family asked that donations be named to NMJC Scholarship Foundation.
