He was predeceased by: his parents, Tobias Garcia and Amalia Garcia; his brother Cresencio "Chris" Garcia; his nephews, James, Michael and Troy Garcia; and his sister-in-law Sally Garcia.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jose Fidencio Garcia and Mary Garcia; his children, Rudy N Garcia and Toby Garcia; his grandchildren, Mia Ramirez, Isabella Garcia and Isaiah Garcia; his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Chavez, Angel Garcia, Patrick Garcia, Jose Fidencio Jr. and Randy Garcia; and his caregiver Charlene Martinez. He is also survived by numerous great nephews and nieces, countless other relatives and friends.
