He is survived by: his wife Darcy Katzman; his stepson Ean Nickols; his sister Orna Berkowitz (David); his cousins, OriAnn Miller Philips, Jay Miller (Susan) of Fort Worth and Adi Cohen (Rachel); his niece Allie Hankins; and his nephew Matt Hankins (Tahlia). He is also survived by grand-nieces and nephews and second cousins, and family.
