He is survived by: his mother Amalia Gabbert (Baca); and his nieces and nephews, Joseph Gabbert (Hope), Michael Gabbert (Jackie), Anthony, Lilly, Destany (John), Lauren, Samantha (Oscar), Lyrik, Marlee, Jahseh, Amalia Gabbert, Richard Gabbert, Charles Gabbert and Chris Gabbert (Krystal, family: Tino Martinez, Stephanie Anaya). He is also survived by his two sons, seven grandchildren, one great grandson, mother, brothers.
