Higgins in Las Cruces, New Mexico, born in Glenwood, New Mexico, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Higgins and Charlotte Higgins (Montoya); his wife Viola C. Higgins; his son Nick Higgins; his granddaughter Michelle Gilbreath (Higgins); and his siblings, Flora Fullman and Clive Higgins.
He is survived by: his sons, Tommy W Higgins (Andrea), Ronnie Higgins (Christiane) of Alamogordo, NM and Kevin Higgins (Chris) of Montrose; and his grandchildren, Ronald, Richard, Tyrell, Valerie, Amanda, Jeremy, Jonathan and Lacey. He is also survived by several great grandchildren/great-great grandchildren.
