He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Evans and Lucas Evans; his siblings, Jean Alejo, Joe and George Evans; and his former wife Estella Evans.

He is survived by: his wife Gloria Evans; his children, Jake Evans, Amy Perez (Chris) and Stephanie Lazarin; his grandchildren, Jacqueline, Kara, Jake II, Anjolina, Christian, Layla and Charles; his great grandchildren, Luke, Jason and Brooklyn Pena; and his brothers, Leo, Charles (Jeannette) and James Evans (Sylvia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
