He is survived by: his sons, Victor Muñoz (Melissa), Jerry Costello and Jack Costello; his grandchildren, Brandy, Valerie, Gavin, Bryan and Jacob; and his great grandchildren, Lawrence and Leon. He is also survived by brothers and sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
