He was predeceased by: his son Cesar Vizcaino. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Vizcaino Amaro; and his children, Lorena Soriano (Luis), Miriam Vizcaino-Palacios (Jorge), Maria Vizcaino-Ott (late Michael), Juan Manuel Vizcaino (Alejandra), Ricardo Vizcaino (Beatriz) and Gracie Vizcaino. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren.
