It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gavin Heffelfinger of Las Cruces, New Mexico, who passed away on June 19, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his uncles, Kevin Heffelfinger of Las Cruces and Jamie Vigil of Chimayo. He is survived by: his parents, Tricia and Bonifacio; his sisters, Santana and Marisol; his grandparents, Judy of Las Cruces, Jimmy and Barbara of Chimayo; his aunt Reina; his uncle Dwayne; his cousins, DJ, Breanna, Justin, Brayden, Tristen of Cordova, NM., Santiago of Chimayo and Cherish of Las Cruces; his aunt April; his cousin Dylan of Ruidoso, NM.; his grandfather Ed; his uncle Chris; his friend Arabella Holden of Washington State; and his cousin Cuartelez.

In lieu of flowers, Gavin asked that donations of time and money be made in his honor to El Caldito Soup Kitchen (elcalditolc.org).
