He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Tommy Gabaldon Jr. (Joann) and Maggie Mares (Mark Sr.); his grandchildren, Brian Gabaldon (Stephanie), Sabrina Marquez, Mark Mares Jr. (Stephanie), Martina Mares (Hakeem Moore), Briana Gabaldon-Quintana (Jonathan), Raquel Gabaldon, Nathan Gabaldon (Sydnie Clawson), Stephen Valdez (Tamera), Jocelynn Spencer (Kurt) and John Mark Valdez; his great grandchildren, Andres, Brandon, Mariah, Julieann, Abygail of Bobby Lee, JR, Mariana, Sabrina, Collin Grey, Cassidy and Kulynn; his great great grandchild Joey Liam; his siblings, Betty Lovato (Francis), Eddie Gabaldon (Angie), Ralph Gabaldon (Connie), Evelyn Ruelas (Felipe) and Manuel Gabaldon (Christina); his son Bobby Lee Gabaldon; his grandson Matthew Mares; his parents, Manuel Gabaldon and Lula Gabaldon; his siblings, Shirley Gallegos and Jimmy Gabaldon; his in-laws, Nick and Mela Baca; and his siblings-in-law, Patsy Martinez, Joe "Sammy" Baca and Vincent Baca. He was also cherished by numerous other relatives and friends.
