He was predeceased by: his parents, Little Bruce Jake and Mary "Parkett" Jake; his son Johnny Bruce Jake, Jr.; and his brother Harry Jake. He is survived by: his children, Darrell Jake of Haystack, Wendell Jake of Grants, Pearlynn Martinez of Albuquerque and Cheryl Jake of Haystack; and his siblings, Amos Jake of Gallup, Cacuse Jake of Prewitt, Lewis Jake of Grants and Annie Cook of Prewitt. He is also survived by 26 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.
