He was predeceased by: his parents, Frumencio Rodarte and Elisa Rodarte (Ronnie); his wife Ann; his brothers, Elmer, Enos and Mike; his sons, Gary and Ronnie Rodarte; his nephews, Emerson Maestas and Fred Rodarte; and his grandparents, Elaisita Martinez, Trinidad and Isaac Vialpando.
He is survived by: his daughter Marvella Rodarte-Shaw; his grandsons, Stephen and Robert Shaw; his son Elmer (Sandra); his grandchildren, Christopher Rodarte, Lori Rodarte, Gabriella Chamberlin, Shelby Estrada, Celeste Rodriguez, Alejandro, Ember Lynn, Tommy Rae, Anita, Armando Rodarte, Charlie McBride, Alexander, Nevaeh Rodriguez, Ryleigh, Xeania Chamberlin and Damian DeHerrera; his great great grandchild Adrian Deherrea; his siblings, Juan Rodarte (Frances), Antonio Rodarte, Belinda Maestas, Mary Stark (Cecil), Franklin Rodarte (Margie), Oliver Rodarte (Elsie), Anita Gurule (Maximo) and Christina Bustamonte (Gilbert); his grandson Matthew Shaw; his nephews, Jeffery, John Gurule, Fernando, Aaron Rodarte, Oliver (Olie), Chris and Joseph Rodarte; his siblings-in-law, Lee Maestas and Barbara Rodarte; his nieces, Patricia Maestas, Dolly Vialpando and Elizabeth Rodarte; his sister-in-law Maria Vialpando; his nephew Gregory (Stephen Vialpando); and his brother-in-law Isaac Vialpando.
