He is survived by: his wife Marianne Lusk of Grants; his daughter Linda Lusk Blakey; his son-in-law William L Blakey; his grandson Anthony Lusk of Grants; his son-in-law Bernard Millhouse of High Rolls; and his grandson Christopher Smith (Alizabeth Smith) of Portales.
