We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2020, at the age of 78, Donald Looney (Farmington, New Mexico) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clint Looney and Donnell Victoria Looney (Moore); and his niece Melinda Rhudy. He is survived by: his former wife JoAnn Scott; his daughter Janelle Denise; his wife Joan Perkins; his daughter Carolyn "Sissy" Felker; his stepdaughter Melanie Northup; his sister Jann Wilcox (Rhudy); his grandchildren, Amanda Hunter, Josh and Evan Felker; and also Joan. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
