She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Miller; and her parents, Teddy and Leon. She is survived by: her children, Shana Mohler, Shane Mohler (Dede) and Abby Miller (Nick); her grandchildren, Chris, Eric, Rian, Matthew, Braeden, Britney and Izzy; her siblings, Dennis Starkey (Kristi), Wally Birdwell (Pam), Joe Welch and Shellon Anderson (Jeff); and her close friends, Josh Workman, Tara Workman, Thelma Anderson, Karen Pharr and LaVonda Weber. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asked that you make a donation to a local casino of your choice.
