With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Peggy Massingale in Eunice, New Mexico, born in Hollis, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 11, 2024 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Groves and Omega Hunter Groves; her husband Bill Joe Massingale; her son Danny Wayne; and her brother Jerry Bruce Groves.
She is survived by: her sister Caroline Cottingham; her brother-in-law Larry of Spring Hill, KS; her brother Randy Groves (Suzie) of Castle Pines, CO; her grandchildren, Michelle Tafoya, Charles Wayne Massingale (Malisa) of McKinney and Tiffany Easter of Hobbs, NM; and her great grandchildren, Evie Tafoya, Leandra Tafoya, Gavin Tafoya, Hannah Massingale, Jasher Massingale, Demetri Reed, Audrey Batchelor, Danny Joe Massingale and Emily Bentle. She is also survived by four great great-grandchildren.
