He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie. He is survived by: his daughter Saundra Sparks of Eunice; and his sisters, Peggy Haynes (Rosco) of Andrews, Linda Fielding (David) of Fort Worth and Carolyn Kettle (Daris) of Bella Vista.
