She was predeceased by: her husband Jesus Loya; her daughter Guadalupe Teresa Aguilar; her parent Elena Flores; and her sister Hilda Costulis. She is survived by: her children, Rosie Elena Gabaldon (Manuel), Maria Dolores Loya, Bobby Loya and Jesus Lorenzo Loya (Celina); and her close friend Andrew Rodriguez. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to St Vincent de Paul, as this was a cause close to Rosa's heart.
