She is survived by: her close friends, Jessica, Stephanie, Caroline and Kristi; and her siblings, David Lee (Tammy) of Azle, TX, Steven Hart (Lisa) of Crosby, TX, Bill Delaney (Jennifer) of Deming, NM, Jon Hart of Deming, NM, Jessie Holcomb (Mark) of Midlothian, VA, Sarah Hart (David Sponheim) of Oak Harbor, WA, Hope Borders (Tom) of Crosby, TX, Angie Hart (Ben Pupa) of Apex, NC and Julia Hart (Quinn Flodin) of Arlington, WA. She is also survived by two nieces, five nephews, one great niece and one great nephew.

If you like to donate, some of the organizations Jana loved were: Ferndale Repertory Theater in Ferndale, CA; Camp Harkness in Connecticut and The Nursing Home at Mimbres Memorial Hospital.

“To the loving family of Jana Dawn Hart Ledesma’s my sincere condolences. My prayers are with each and everyone. My precious son David M. Lee, was adopted by Frances and Donald Lee and Jana was his sister and he was united with the Hart family over a year ago. We were so proud he had a loving family,. David was blessed to meet each and everyone of them and his biological dad, Lee Hart and his step mom Tracee. It hurt my heart so much at the death of Jana. God give this family, grace, comfort now.”
