She is survived by: her husband Jose Miguel Ortiz; her son Robert M. Acosta Jr.; her grandchildren, Roberto Mario Acosta III and Enzo G. Acosta; and her siblings, David Gutierrez, Salvador Gutierrez, Arnold Gutierrez, Socorro Gutierrez, Emilia Gutierrez, Irma Varner, Melin Argant and Valentina Villezcas.
