She was predeceased by: her parents, Octavia Chavez (Lechuga) and Jesus Chavez; her husband Jose Zuniga; and her sons, Ricardo, Mauricio and Octavio Zuniga.
She is survived by: her children, Cesar Zuniga of Deming, Rosalva Zuniga of Bonita, CA and Ninfa Shakeri of Morgan Hill, CA; and her siblings, Daniel, Gloria, Guadalupe and Lola Chavez. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
