He is survived by: his wife Amber Arlene Johnson; his children, Chad Hammons (Ana), Travis Johnson (Shana), Nicholas Johnson (Elise), Brent Johnson (Brandy), Kip Johnson (Kelsey), Carl Johnson, Kasey Showers (Dale), Mykenzie Johnson and Kaylee-Jo Johnson; and his siblings, Norman Johnson (Dot), Zelma Smith (Carl) and Catherine Fairley. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
