He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles J. Morris and Susan A. Payton; his grandparents, Roy and Marjorie Payton; his uncles, Buddy Payton and Fred Payton; and his cousin Jacque Leslie.
He is survived by: his wife Susanna Morris; his children, Jazmyne Lopez (Rafael Lopez), Megan Hartman (Matt Hartman), Gregory Mariscal (Ashley Carreon), Roy Dustin Gunter (MariahLee Kayitah), Chance Morris and Vari Mariscal; his grandchildren, Ethan Lopez, Damien Kayitah, Benjamin Gustafson, RaeLynn Kayitah, Mason Hartman, Melanie Hartman, Royce Gunter, Avery Mariscal and EverLynn Kayitah; and his cousins, Michelle Wilbanks (Lance) and Tonya Sandoval (Jesus).
