He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Alfred Bell and Vatis Marie Bell (Chapman); his son Kelly "Butch" Tidwell; his brother Sandy Bell; and his nephew Trevor Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Bell of Carlsbad, NM; his daughter Shaunna White of Carlsbad, NM; his grandchildren, Cody Paul Scobbee (Christina Goforth), Kristopher White, Cutter Lynn and Bambi Settle; his great grandchildren, Kristopher Paul Scobbee, Jeremiah James Fade Scobbee and Rayn Marie Kathleen Scobbee; his sisters, Connie Gower (Mark) and Marsha Bell; and his sister-in-law Elaine Bell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
