She was predeceased by: her parents, Colon Grey and Dorothy Mildred Culberson; her brother Shelby "Porky" Culberson; her sisters-in-law, Linda Culberson and Jeanne Stone; and her parents-in-law, Clyde Hunt Welch, Dorothy Jean Welch Horney and Harry L. Horney.
She is survived by: her husband Mike Welch of Carlsbad, NM; her children, Mike Welch (Deanna) of Carlsbad, NM and Wendy Chesser (Rody) of San Angelo, Texas; her grandchildren, TaNessa Sedillo (David), TaLynn Harvey (Riley), TaBree Welch, Shelby Welch, Kyra Wallace (Spencer), David Chesser, Katie Chesser, Josie Chesser and Julia Chesser; her great grandchildren, David, Dominic, Derrick, Rynlee Sedillo and Hath Harvey; her brother Edwin Culberson; and her sister-in-law Patty Neinast (Mark). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
