She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Shipley and Annie Shipley (Higgins); her husband Benny Barrick; her son-in-law Harold Cassels; her grandson James Cassels; and her siblings, L. T. "Pete" Shipley and Opal Riley.
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Jones (Chuck), Marcia Cassels, Charles W. "Buzz" Barrick (Michelle) and Craig Barrick (Annette); and her grandchildren, Keith Jones (Stephanie), Kristin Roettgers (Chris), Alicia Gossett (Dennis), Kari Westfall (Jimmy), Dondee Barrick, Chris Barrick (Chelsea), Teisha Neumann (Chet) and Chloe Berdoza (Jorden). She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson and several nieces and nephews.
