He was predeceased by : his parents, Roque Elizondo and Evarista Elizondo (Hernandez). He is survived by : his wife Josephine Elizondo of Trinadad, CO; his children, Roque Elizondo (Angela) of Lyman, WY, Jessica Doubrava (Mike) of Denver, CO, Celina Soto (Timothy) of Las Vegas, NV, Fred Sing (Angela) of Lyman, WY, Melissa Sing of Las Vegas, NV and Michael Sing of Trinadad, CO; and his siblings, Tony Elizondo (Norma) of Moriarty, NM, Albert Elizondo (Alma) of Carlsbad, NM, George Elizondo (Donna) of Alamogordo, NM, Danny Elizondo of Lovington, NM and Angie Elizondo of Carlsbad, NM. He is also survived by twenty-one grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 20th 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Denton-Wood Funeral Home (1001 North Canal Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico 88220). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 21st 2023 11:00 AM at the Landmark Baptist Church (601 North 8th Street, Carlsbad, New Mexico 88220). A burial was held on Tuesday, November 21st 2023 at the Santa Catarina Cemetery (1506 Boyd Drive, Carlsbad, New Mexico 88220).
