Rainwater of Carlsbad, New Mexico, born in Artesia, New Mexico, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Rainwater and Maggie Rainwater (Younger); his wife Margie Rainwater; his son Jerry Croley; his siblings, Stanley Rainwater, Winnie Stockton, Marlene Weisheit and Sue Rupe; and also Don Rainwater.
He is survived by: his great grandchild Caleb Rainwater; his children, Donna Kaye Padgett of Texas, Lawrence Rainwater (Anita) of Carlsbad, NM, Ronald D. Rainwater, Jr. (Kim) of Carlsbad, NM, Kathy Pyeatt (Kenny) of Wisconsin and Lance Rainwater (Sherry) of Carlsbad, NM; and his sister Tempi Rainwater Cline of Texas. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
