He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hayes and Maxine Hayes (Sawyer); and his daughter Lisa Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Hayes; his daughters, Virginia Hayes and Laura Smith; his grandchildren, Brady Hayes, Joseph Hayes, Kevin Burnes, Robert Burnes, Rylie Smith, Randall Smith, Rhyanna Wilson and Dalton Barnes; his great grandchildren, Roland and Trustin; and his siblings, Thomas Hayes and Susan Zimmerly (Ty). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
