He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Ellis and Tommie Ellis (Donaghe); and his son Tyler Ellis. He is survived by: his sons, Thomas Ellis (Candice), Daniel Ellis and Dustin Ellis (Ashleigh); his grandchildren, Cadence Pulice, Casey Ellis, Gaige Ellis, Gavin Ellis, Kutler Ellis, James Tyler Ellis, Bayleigh Ellis, Whitleigh Ellis and Kynadee Ellis; and his siblings, Andrew Scott, Jean Dimmett (Steve), Merinda Jackson, Tammie McCullough and Cindie Lentz (Gary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
