She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Silbaugh and Vera M. Silbaugh (Roe); and her siblings, Myrtie Lindsey and Virgil Silbaugh. She is survived by: her husband John Goodwin; her daughters, Kerry Moutray (Terry), Linda Perkins and Freddie Gutierrez; her grandchildren, J. R. Perkins, Stephanie Moutray (Payton Anderson) and Amanda Christon (Josh); and her great grandchild Rylan Davis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
