He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kaye McKenzie (Adams); his stepchildren, Douglas, Barb McKenzie, Jamie McKenzie, Alana (McKenzie) and Dan Schrader; his stepgrandsons, Collin and Evan McKenzie; his sister Donna Booher; and his nieces and nephews, Mike, Lora Booher, Theresa (Booher), John Hubbs, Kathy (Booher), Neal Rehse, Leanne Booher, Mark, Jean Miller, Mary (Miller), Joe Dietrich, Michele (Miller) and Tim Zick.
