We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2023, at the age of 20, Josh Austin in Carlsbad, New Mexico passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Jay and Nadine Wilbourn; and his grandmother Jan Carrico. He is survived by: his parents, Lee Austin and Shawna Austin (Wilbourn); his uncle Scooter Carrico; his fiancé Jalie Meadors; his siblings, Haylee Austin (Bryce Prouty), Shawn Austin, Gabe Austin and Luke Austin; his niece Blaire Prouty; his nephew Emersyn Prouty; his grandparents, Steve, Gloria Austin, Marsha, Tim Tompson, Pat and Leigh Rookstool; and his aunts and uncles, John Austin, Chase Fluhman, Stephanie Austin, Shannel Stemmons, Teresa Chavez (Jay), Heather Bogunovich and Jennifer Galloway. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
