He is survived by: his children, Randy Milam of Lyman, Rebecca Wilson of Lyman, Laura Milam of Scottsdale and Melinda Milam of Queen Creek; and his grandchildren, Corey, Dominick, Luke, GaBrielle, Rachel, Dustin, DesaRaye, Jothan, Jasmine, Zachary, AraBella and Alexandria.
