He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Estes Parker and Dora Marie Parker Hanks; and his siblings, Roy Earl Parker, Thomas Sanford Parker, James Douglas Parker, Mary Lou Smith and Linda Darlene Eastman.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Parker of Carlsbad, NM; his sister Cathy Underwood (Glen) of Little Rock, AR; and his sister-in-law Doris Edmonds Parker.
