He is survived by: his wife Debra Castaneda Perez; his siblings, Richard Perez, Lucio Perez, Jose Perez, Rosemary Perez, Veronica Perez and Linda Perez; his sons, Fabian (Nichole Perez), Carlos Jr. (Maggie Perez) and James (Sandra Perez); and his grandchildren, Michael, Felicia, Fabian Jr., Maci Perez, Carlos III, Sarah, Tommy, Kyrah, Timothy, Kendrah, Matteo, Sierrah Perez, Chris, Monique, Jesse and Alex Perez. He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren.
