She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Chatfield and Ollie Maye Chatfield (Ready); her husband Lightsey N. Saul, Sr.; and her brothers, Fredrick A. Beck and Donald R. Chatfield.
She is survived by: her son Lightsey Nathan Saul, Jr.; her grandson Robert Chase Saul (Amanda); her nephew Jimmy Chatfield; and her close friend Mandy Lunsford.
