He was predeceased by: his parents, Salomon U. Griego and Eluticia Cordova Griego; his brother Johnny Griego; and his son Roy Griego. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Griego (Helen), Salamon Jr., Greigo, George Griego (Gloria), Joe Griego and Anabelle Benavidez (Andres); his children, Elmo Griego, Betsy, Raymond (Diane Griego), Orlando (Valine Griego), Adele, TJ Smith, Angela and Anthony Sena; his grandchildren, Regina (Janell), Maria (Jamie), Thomas, Justin, Nikolas, Analise, Brianna and Alicia; his great grandchildren, Antonio, Andrea, William, Isabella, James, Jesse, Caine, Cassidy, Reese, Henry and Kamden; his grandchildren, Bonus, Jacob and Kyle; his great grandchild Many Treasured; his godchild Friends; and his close friend Bandit. He is also survived by Nephews, Nieces.
