He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton "Jack" Crouch and Annie Mae Morris Crouch. He is survived by: his wife Patty Crouch; his children, Michael James Crouch (Sam) and Carrianne Faulkenberry (Clay); his grandchildren, Bobby Crouch, Devan Nutt, Jayden Crouch, Grace Caldwell, Cutter Faulkenberry, Natalie Faulkenberry, Cierra Dunnavant, Taylor Johnson and Garrett Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Avianna, Annsyn, Amillah, Carmen Kay, Holden, Finn and Liam.
