He is survived by: his father Luis Leon; his wife Maria Del Carmen Leon; his children, Luis Leon (Faviola), Esmerelda Leon and Lizeth Leon; his siblings, Francisco Leon, Fidel Leon, Marta Ponce, Julia Barraza, Paola Bueno and Rosa Leon; and his grandchildren, Alejandro Lopez, Leslie Santacruz, Jose Santacruz, Arianna Leon, Emiliano Leon and Tania Becerra.
